We recommend that you make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance, in order to properly process your request. However, we are usually able to process last minute requests up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Luggage assistance and baby/toddler/child seats are included in the rates.
Your driver will be waiting for you with a greeting sign on the customer’s name at the luggage claim at the airport or at the beginning of the arrival platform at the train station.
If you are leaving for the airport from a hotel, your driver will meet you at the reception desk with your name. If you are being picked up from a private address, the driver will call you on your phone when he is in front of your building.
We always confirm flight/train arrival times through real-time tracking. The driver will wait for all delayed flights and trains and your transfer is guaranteed.
You must inform us of your next departure and arrival time by using the telephone number, indicated on the reservation confirmation. You can also use our contact form to communicate the details of your next flight/train details or cancel your reservation.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival time without charge. However, for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the commencement of the service, the service is due and no refund can be made.
